Oven Baked Shishito Peppers
Ingredients – Serves 4-5
– Baking Tray / Sheet
Preheat Oven to 400F
Place shishito peppers in the tray, drizzle the oil and half the salt over them.
Mix it well so that the oil coats the peppers.
Place the tray in top rack of the oven & close the door.
Drop the temperature to 375F & set the timer to 20 minutes.
Take them out of the oven. They should look blistered but not burnt. Directly transfer to a serving dish or bowl.
Pour a few tablespoons of Tamari or any other low sodium soy sauce in a small dish and serve immediately.
