Yesterday i super excited after picking tomatoes in my backyard so in my enthusiasm to be proud prouder & proudest I went a little overboard & planned on an #Indian dish thinking I'd be done in 30 minutes. Well 3 #pounds of #newzealand lamb , an @anjum_anand #recipe #book in hand & 4 #hours later a lip smacking , finger licking pot of #lamb #roganjosh happened .We had guests over so I didn't have time to take a photo earlier & the image here is off the leftovers our guests took home. I feel happy & satisfied when my cooking is appreciated because i've come a long way from burning rice to a crisp & sticking my saucepans together when I've attempted a bain marie #anjumanand #indianfood #sunday #weekend
