Sur La Table Grill and Sear Plancha

Plancha features two different grilling surfaces-a central cast-iron grate for high-heat searing and a perimeter of raised stainless steel for lower-temperature cooking-for hassle-free grilling of even elaborate meals. Perimeter is separated into four zones and helps prevent flare-ups. Grill up a steak while cooking onions and chanterelles, a pork loin paired with a tasty grilled apple chutney or warm brioche buns on the perimeter while searing burgers on the central grate. Preheat plancha on grill prior to use.
