Sur La Table Wood Pellet Sampler Pack
Most wood chips need to be soaked for hours before use, making it hard to cook impromptu smoked meals. Our innovative wood pellets add delicious, smoky flavor to grilled foods without the need for pre-soaking. Simply fill your smoker box to a depth of ½ inch, then place it underneath the grill grate, directly between your grill's flame deflector bars. As the pellets heat, smoke is released, infusing the cooking foods with rich, smoky flavor. A half-inch of pellets will smoke for approximately one hour. For use with Sur La Table® Grill Smoker Box.
