Adding wood chips while grilling takes the flavor of any food to delicious new heights. This set of three different smoking chips is kiln fired and all natural, with no chemical processing. Great for the griller, the sampler contains apple, hickory and mesquite chips. Apple is great for pork and poultry. We recommend hickory with lamb and poultry. Mesquite is wonderful with beef and game. To use, simply place two or three handfuls of chips in a bowl filled with water, wine, beer, fruit juice or any other liquid of your choice. After 30 minutes of soaking, drain the chips and place them in a wood chip smoke tray. As the wet chips begin to smoke, they will lend your grilled food rich, complex and smoky flavors.
