For ultimate versatility, pans are induction compatible and heat safe to 500°F. Unlike conventional cookware, Silver7 pans remain flat and true across the base as they heat so oil coats evenly. Pouring rims help prevent spills, and extreme stay-cool handles feature an enlarged flange for hot air to pass through. Handles are welded to pans without rivets, preventing food and grease buildup.
