This versatile saucepan features InductoSeal®, which combines silver and a 2mm disc of copper hermetically sealed in an 18/10 stainless steel TriplInduc® base that's laser-welded to the pan. The 7-ply construction combining two unique technologies ensures optimal heat distribution throughout the entire base and provides a heat-conducting surface that's 33% larger than traditional pans. For ultimate versatility, pans are induction compatible and heat safe to 500°F. Unlike conventional cookware, Silver7 pans remain flat and true across the base as they heat so oil coats evenly. Pouring rims help prevent spills, and extreme stay-cool handles feature an enlarged flange for hot air to pass through. Handles are welded to pans without rivets, preventing food and grease buildup.
